I accepted the Better Business Bureau\'s offer to arbitrate my concern with SF Communities.They however refused.
Not only do they not honor their own warranty, they totally disregard the concerns of their customers.It is clear that the bottom line is where SF\'s priorities lie.

I have a house built by SF Communities in Macon, GA.After performing extensive drywall repairs in the end of the 10th, beginning of the 11th month of the 12 month warranty time, they refused to perform further drywall repairs.
I promptly identified repaired areas that needed additional work well before the end of the warranty period.
Since their drywall contractor had "spent a lot of money" repairing his shoddy workmanship when me house was built, he refused to do any more work...SF backed him up, refusing to adhere to their own policy.I have reported them to the BBB and am currently pursuing arbitration with them.
